Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where is the event hosted?

A: The main Saturday evening event is hosted on the pristine Nidderdale farm, nestled between the rolling hills of Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge and Babylon’s Tower Mountains

Q: How does transportation work over the course of the weekend?

A: Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to the Friday and Saturday evening events at Nidderdale Farm (Please see Transport recommendations here). For the Appellations Tour and Tasting on the Saturday, comfortable transportation is provided from the Whalehaven Winery. Guests will meet up from 8.30am, and after enjoying fresh coffee and pastries, busses will depart strictly at 9.00am for the day's happenings.

Q: Do I have to book for Individual producer events like in the past?

A: No, you don’t. Our 2020 Event Itinerary includes a magical welcoming event on the Friday from 4.00pm. This event will encapsulate all the wonder guests could wish to experience from proprietors, winemakers and key role players from our Hemel-en-Aarde Winegrowers. Proprietors and winemakers will collectively present guests with some of their older Pinot Noir vintages from library stock. Carefully selected international Pinot Noirs will also be presented to emphasise our passion and commitment to the terroir that delivers such great Pinot Noir. The evening's food and wine experience will set the tone for a great adventure to follow…
